Our first Greek webinar was a success! About 10 people joined us to work through translating Greek together. We spent 50 minutes going through Didache 1:1-4, focusing on morphology and translation. If you missed it, catch it below.
One caveat: I learned afterward that the recording does not show people’s chat messages. Many participants only typed, so you will miss seeing their translations and comments.
If you like these webinars, here’s some further steps:
1) Join us for the next one! We’ll plan on doing them Fridays at 2pm EST for now, but stay tuned on our Facebook page and in the Facebook group Nerdy Language Majors for updates to the day and time.
2) Check out our Greek Reading Videos, which translate through NT books via screencast. The differences between these and our webinars is that the Greek professor producing the video teaches through the text by himself without others interacting live, and the videos are more prepared and thorough.
3) Share these resources with everyone who will use them. Since none of us do this full time, every bit of exposure, support, and sales helps us spend more time on resources like this.
